Life As A Fortune Cookie Writer

What I'd Write For A Fortune
     Job- Fortune Cookie Writer
Description- Write Fortunes To Be Inserted In Cookies
Wage- .25 Cents For Every Fortune Put In A Cookie

A fortune writer tries to do one thing in a hundred different ways.Personally I think the job sounds quite uninteresting, you would have to be incredibly smart, creative and of course, good with words. It could become tough after sometime when you run short of clever ideas. Obviously people do not want repetitive messages and your cookie manufacturer pressures you to come up with something interesting every time, which isn't always possible. Why else would we occasionally get an unusual message? A fortune cookie writer makes 25 cents for every fortune put in a cookie. It's not a lot to live off of if you aren't good at your job.

JK Rowling

Joanne Rowling is world famous for writing the best-selling book series in history. She's more than a creative, imaginative author. She is one of the most inspiring people out there.
Joanne Rowling was born July 31st 1965 in the small town of Yate, England. She loved writing as a child, starting at age four when she wrote her first story about a rabbit named Rabbit who got sick and was cared for by his friends a bee named Miss Bee. She would read the tales to her younger sister. Joanne went on writing until she got her Bachelor of Arts degree. She became trilingual in English, German and French and began working for Amnesty International in London in 1986.
Her sensational stories began on a train ride from Manchester to London with her boyfriend in 1990. She gained the idea of a young boy on a train to attend a school of wizardry, after that all the characters came flooding. When Joanne reached her platform in London she immediately began writing.
When her first book Harry Potter and The Philosophers Stone, was published, she and her young daughter were living on welfare. With awards being won for her magic filled books, within a year she earned a multi-millionaire status.  J.K Rowling went on to write 7 incredible books which filled hearts with joy, and a started a movie series which became a world-wide phenomenon.
I think Joanne is an inspiring person because she defied the odds so many are trying to overcome, to escape poverty and achieve something amazing. Something that entertains people for longer than any 2 hour movie. She develops minds and starts creativity in every person had turns her pages. Joanne's work takes you to another world, a world of incredible sacrifice, love and friendship.

An Australian Adventure

Destination Australia! I think this is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen, and I definitely plan on going or living there someday. Here's new hilarious tourism video showing most of the things I want to do when I travel there.

-The  Long Travelling-

-Flight from Saskatoon to Vancouver- $169 (Air Canada)
- Flight from Vancouver to Sydney, Australia- $1800 (Air New Zealand)
-Car Rental (13 Days)- $800

If I was to go right now, I think it'd be wisest to rent a car. That way you can go wherever you want whenever you want, and don't need to rely on expensive cabs or trains that can't always take you to places you want!

-The First Adventure-
CLIMB THE SYDNEY HARBOUR BRIDGE
I've wanted to do this in Australia ever since Oprah herself went with a bunch of Australian Adventure winners and did it. I think it'd be an amazing experience. And even though it's very high up in the air you'd easily have your breath taken away seeing the entire city in front of you.

-Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb (At Night)- $138

Of course, when you're in the Land Down Under, you have to see the famous hopping animals, Kangaroos! And what better way... Then on an Australian Outback Tour!

-Australian Outback Safari-

Out To Uluru (Ayers Rock) To Sleep Under The Stars (3 Days)- $300
Explore Uluru at sunrise, Sleep under the stars, and see Kings Canyon and Kata Tjuta

Another famous place in Australia is the Great Barrier Reef, this is the first thing about Australia that caught my eye. Was the ocean and amazing reefs surrounding it. My dream is the deep dive and snorkel in the wonderland beneath.

Great Barrir Reef Diving & Snorkelling Cruise From Cairns- $131

Total Cost (per person)- $3338.00

High Waisted Shorts

If I only I could live somewhere hot and sunny. Then I could wear these beauties everyday . I love how creative every pair of shorts is . Each one can be customized with studs , gems , sequins , etc. Whatever you like and can reflect your style and personal preference . I'm planning on making a pair for next summer out of old jeans !
